Walter High

Founder/Chief Creative Officer

Walter has built a career from his proclivity for using creativity as a tool for business growth.

He is a multi-disciplined marketing expert with deep experience in conceptualizing and executing successful strategic branding, product marketing, and demand-gen/capture initiatives in B2B and B2C arenas. His experience runs the gamut from business owner and marketing/communications consultant to full-time marketing executive.

Having worked with start-ups and Fortune 500’s alike, his clients have ranged in diversity from Hollywood studios to Harvard Business Publishing and from healthcare to warehouse automation and robotics, his experience gives him a unique perspective and objectivity that he uses to quickly assess and diagnose marketing challenges, no matter the industry or solution offering.

A hands-on creative strategist, Walter excels at distilling complexity into clarity and articulating messaging that engages, educates, and empowers prospects to make transformative decisions.

Beyond his professional life, Walter also sees creativity as a tool for living a more fulfilling life. Whatever the activity, creativity is typically the driver. Writing, building, marriage, bodysurfing with his daughter, and most importantly, being a father. Add creativity and each activity gets exponentially better and more memorable.

Bridget High

Founder/Chief Account Officer

Marketing is Bridget’s second career, but her first taught her many of the disciplines she uses today. A professional ballerina for 5 years (and that was after the 14-year training program) instilled in her the dedication, focus, artistry, and grace she brings to her marketing career.

Having directed marketing operations across a number of industries, including high-tech, non-profit arts, commercial real estate investment, and warehouse automation and robotics, Bridget is a quick study in not only seeing the big picture, but in analyzing a business’ messaging with the objectivity needed to assess its strengths and weaknesses.

She understands the incredible importance of production value when it comes to executing creative ideas, and therefore brings strong organizational and managerial skills to every project she oversees. And her keen eye for detail ensures the professional polish needed for that final performance. 

Along the way, she has earned a reputation for her organizational skillset, her diplomatic leadership, and her undaunted tenacity in the face of challenge.

But the reputation she enjoys most is that of being a great mom — which makes it somewhat ironic that  her background in childcare seems to be most helpful in wrangling a certain creative to whom she is married.
